Rear Admiral Donna L. Crisp, Commander of the U.S. Department of Defense's Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC), briefs the media in New Delhi on Wednesday March 19, 2008. The JPAC team held meetings with the Indian Government with the hope of beginning humanitarian operations in this country. JPAC is a unit of the U.S. Department of Defense with the mission of accounting for missing Americans from past wars of the U.S. The team was in India to coordinate details of future investigations and recoveries of sites possibly associated with missing American servicemen from the World War II.  Audio  Audio   Full Size
