Here we post announcements of auctions of disposed USG property, sales of scrap materials and other items including vehicles, and requests for quotations on contracts that are regularly awarded by the Embassy.
SOLICITATION NO. S-IN650-09-R-0117 FOR PROVIDING GARDENING SERVICES AT 17-A, PRITHVIRAJ ROAD, NEW DELHI - 110003
The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing Gardening services at 17-A, Prithviraj Road, New Delhi - 110003. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded here. No paper copies will be mailed.
Note: The solicitation closes on October 6, 2009 at 15:00 p.m., i.e., all offers must be received by this deadline. A site visit shall be conducted on September 29, 2009 at 11.00 a.m. Read the RFQ for complete details.
