Embassy Auctions and Contract Solicitations


The U.S. Embassy, New Delhi would like to invite vendors, service providers, manufacturers, contractors of various goods and services who are interested in doing business with the U.S. Embassy. Interested parties may complete attached form and submit it along with their company profile.  They may be invited to participate in Embassy's future solicitation processes.

Here we post announcements of auctions of disposed USG property, sales of scrap materials and other items including vehicles, and requests for quotations on contracts that are regularly awarded by the Embassy.


The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing Offset Printing services to Public Affairs Office located at, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, American Center Building, New Delhi, India.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation.  Major duties and responsibilities are to provide Offset Printing services to American EmbassyNew Delhi, India.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) (SF1449) and (QA Sheet) has been launched and can be downloaded here. Note:  Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at with the subject line “Solicitation for Offset Printng Services” on or before 1700 hoursNovember 20, 2014 No quotation will be accepted after this time.  Read the RFQ for complete details.  All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at on or before November 12, 2014, in the attached question sheet.   Responses will be posted on our website as well as sent in writing to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.

Solicitation for Supply of Newspapers and Magazines

The U.S. Embassy intends to award a contract to a responsible firm who has submitted an acceptable quotation that is Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussion with firm in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Request for Quotations (RFQ)

• Quotations are due no later than 1200 hrs. November 15, 2014

Quotations received after the due date and time shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.212-1(f).
