Embassy Auctions and Contract Solicitations

Here we post announcements of auctions of disposed USG property, sales of scrap materials and other items including vehicles, and requests for quotations on contracts that are regularly awarded by the Embassy.

SEALED BID SALE

The American Embassy will have a Sealed Bid Sale on April 22, 2014. Items on sale are Used household furniture, carpets, dryers, washers, refrigerators, air conditioners, transformers, microwave oven, vacuum cleaners, range cooking, computers, dehumidifiers, printers, photocopiers, office chairs/desks, file cabinets, safe metal, metal racks, wooden palets, coffee makers, fire extinguishers and used welcome kit items etc.

Six Vehicles are also on sale.

SOLICITATION FOR PROVIDING COMMUNICATION CIRCUITRY SYSTEM SERVICES TO AMERICAN EMBASSY, NEW DELHI, INDIA

The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing communication circuitry system services.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation.  Major duties and responsibilities are to provide communication circuitry system services to American Embassy, New Delhi, India.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) (SF1449) (COVER LETTER)and (QA sheet) has been launched and can be downloaded here.
 
Note:  Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation for Communication Circuitry System Services” on or before 1700 hours, April 28, 2014.  No quotation will be accepted after this time.  Read the RFQ for complete details.  All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to Jaya Vedi at vedij@state.gov on or before April 18, 2014, in the attached question sheet.   Responses will be posted on our website as well as sent in writing to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.
