AMENDMENT IN SOLICITATION FOR DATA COLLECTION AND WRITTEN ANALYSIS ON INDIAN DOMESTIC MEAT CONSUMPTION - AMERICAN EMBASSY, CHANAKYAPURI, NEW DELHI 

This is with reference to our recently launched Solicitation No. S-IN650-14-Q-0122 for “Data collection and written analysis on Indian domestic meat consumption for U.S. Embassy, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi”. In this regard, we have received few questions and the scope of work has been revised.  These questions and answers along with revised scope of work are posted on our web site for your reference as an amendment in the solicitation SF30-A001. We feel that these QAs and revised scope of work would help you in understanding the pricing section.   Amendment in the solicitation SF30-A001 is launched and can be downloaded here.

This is with reference to our recently launched Solicitation No. S-IN650-14-Q-0117 for “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Walk-In-Freezer at U.S. Embassy, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi”. SOLICITATION FOR SUPPLY OF IPHONE & IPAD AMERICAN EMBASSY, SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, NEW DELHI – 110021, INDIA

The Embassy of the United States, New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for the “Supply of Iphone 5S & Ipad Mini with Retina Display (Wifi+Cellular)”.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required as in the Solicitation.   All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded. (FAR-DOSAR). No paper copies will be mailed.
 
Note:
• The solicitation closes on 12th September 2014 at 5pm, i.e., all offers must be received by this deadline.  Read the RFQ for complete details.
• Offer should be submitted only at email id: newdelhibids@state.gov. Please note that offer submitted at any other email id shall not be considered for evaluation.
• In case of any queries, bidders are requested to send their queries latest by 8th September 2014 at mehtan@state.gov; sharmac@state.gov. The answer to the queries will be shared with all prospective bidders.
• As per USG latest guidelines, in order to do business with U.S. Government; the solicitation requires your firm registration with the System for Award management (SAM) prior to award of contract, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. In order to do business with U S Government it’s mandatory to register with SAM. Registration information and the steps for obtaining DUNS number, NCAGE number and SAM can be found here. The SAM registration shall be for the same name and address identified on the contract. Please click on the link to get registered with SAM at http://www.sam.gov/ .

Offeror, registered with VAT/service tax authority, should submit a copy of VAT/service tax registration certificate along with the offer.  In case of VAT registration, please mention the type pf category of VAT registration (work vendor or composite vendor).  This is a mandatory requirement for evaluation purpose.  Acceptability will be determined by assessing the offeror's compliance with the terms of the solicitation.  The Government will determine contractor responsibility by analyzing whether the apparent successful offeror complies with the requirements of FAR 9.1.

SOLICITATION FOR “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN AUTOMATED SELF-CHECK-OUT LIBRARY CIRCULATION SYSTEM WITH AN INTEGRATED RFID ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM”

The U.S. Embassy intends to award a contract to a responsible firm who has submitted an acceptable quotation that is Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussion with firm in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically by email with the subject line “Solicitation for supply, installation and commissioning of an automated self-check-out library circulation system” at  newdelhibids@state.gov on or before 13.50 hours (New Delhi time) on September 12, 2014.  Please do not submit your quotations via courier.

Quotations received after the due date and time shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.212-1(f).

SOLICITATION FOR SUPPLY OF MOBILE PHONES AT AMERICAN EMBASSY, CHANAKYAPURI, NEW DELHI
 
The Embassy of the United States, New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for “Supply of Mobile Phones (BlackBerry Z30, Chargers for BlackBerry, Smart Phones, and Standard Phones)”. The requirement containing the specifications, terms and conditions and general requirements are listed in the solicitation document.

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the solicitation document. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded here.
