Here we post announcements of auctions of disposed USG property, sales of scrap materials and other items including vehicles, and requests for quotations on contracts that are regularly awarded by the Embassy. 

SOLICITATION NO. S-IN650-12-R-0063 "For providing Group Life Insurance Plan services (GLIP) to locally hired employees of American Embassy - New Delhi and its consulates at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad."

The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing Group Life Insurance Plan services (GLIP) to locally hired employees of American Embassy - New Delhi and its consulates at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad.  The Contractor shall provide high quality services to accomplish all work as required in the contract.  Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded here. No paper copies will be mailed.

SOLICITATION FOR "Fabrication, supply and installation of new air ventilation system for the generator room at American Embassy".

The Embassy of the United States in India invites offeror to participate in the solicitation process for "Fabrication, supply and installation of new air ventilation system for the generator room at American Embassy".  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation and Scope of Work.  Filters drawings: 1, 2, 3.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded from here.

No paper copies will be mailed.
