SOLICITATION FOR PROVIDING ADP MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO AMERICAN EMBASSY, NEW DELHI, INDIA
The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing ADP Maintenance services. The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide ADP Maintenance services to American Embassy, New Delhi, India. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) (SF1449) and (QA sheet) has been launched and can be downloaded here.
Note: Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Solicitation for ADP maintenance Services” on or before 1700 hours, November 10, 2014. No quotation will be accepted after this time. Read the RFQ for complete details. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to Jaya Vedi at email@example.com on or before October 31, 2014, in the attached question sheet. Responses will be posted on our website as well as sent in writing to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.
