SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSED EXTERIOR PAINTING OF ITS RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICE BUILDINGS LOCATED AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN  NEW DELHI, INDIA
 
The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for proposed exterior painting of its residential and office buildings located at different locations New Delhi, India.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation.  Major duties and responsibilities are to provide exterior painting Services to American Embassy.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded here.  (Cover letter)
 
Note:  Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation for proposed exterior painting, American Embassy, New Delhi, India” on or before 1700 hours on December 29, 2014.  No quotation will be accepted after this time.

Read the RFQ for complete details. A pre-proposal conference shall be conducted on December 18, 2014 at 1100 hours followed by site visit.    Interested parties must register the participants’ names by e-mail at vedij@state.gov by December 16, 2014.   Read the RFQ for complete details. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent at vedij@state.gov in the question form here with the solicitation document, latest by December 16, 2014.  Responses will be sent in writing to all contractors on our list of interested parties.

Complete names and designations of the individuals participating in the pre-proposal conference and site visit should be provided, and the participants must carry a valid ID proof like driving license or passport or voter ID card during the site visit.  Due to parking restrictions, participants are advised to arrive early, so that they can park their vehicles on their own at Malcha Marg NDMC Parking and walk down to the designated meeting location specified above.

SOLICITATION FOR SUPPLY OF VFD BOOSTER SYSTEM  TO AMERICAN EMBASSY, SHANTIPATH, CHANAKYAPURI, NEW DELHI, INDIA

The Embassy of the United States of America in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for Supply of VFD Booster system to the American Embassy, Shanti Path, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, India.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) has been launched and can be downloaded here. AMENDMENT IN SOLICITATION # S-IN650-15-Q-0007 - SF30-A001, FOR PROVIDING OFFSET PRINTING SERVICES TO AMERICAN EMBASSY, NEW DELHI, INDIA.

This is with reference to our recently launched Solicitation No. S-IN650-15-Q-0007 for Printing services to U. S. Embassy, New Delhi.   The date to submit the offer is extended.   The Amendment in the solicitation-SF30-A001 with Complete Solicitation is launched and can be downloaded here.
 
Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation for Printing services” on or before 1700 hours, December 15, 2014.  No quotation will be accepted after this time.  Read the RFQ for complete details.

The Embassy of the United States in India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for services, FSMA (Full service maintenance agreement) and annual maintenance contract for copiers and fax machines of different makes starting from the month of January, 2015, list of machines along with locations attached.

The Embassy of the United States of America in New Delhi, India invites offerors to participate in the solicitation process for providing Gardening services at 17A, Prithvi Raj Road.  The Contractor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all work as required in the Solicitation.  Major duties and responsibilities are to provide Gardening services to American Embassy, New Delhi, India.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.  The Request for Quotations (RFQ) (SF1449) and (QA sheet) has been launched and can be downloaded here. 

Note:  Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation for Gardening Services” on or before 1700 hours, December 5, 2014.  No quotation will be accepted after this time.  Read the RFQ for complete details.  All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to Jaya Vedi at vedij@state.gov on or before November 21, 2014, in the question sheet.   Responses will be posted on our website as well as sent in writing to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.
