This is with reference to our recently launched Solicitation No. S-IN650-15-Q-0069 for proposed “Fabrication, Supply and Installation of two 12-kiloliter capacity Under Ground Petrol Storage Tanks at U.S. Embassy, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi”.  The solicitation is amended to incorporate changes in Scope of Work. 1.  End Date for Submission of Offer: The deadline for receipt of offers is revised to 1700 hours local time, on May 26, 2015, which means all offers must be received by/before this deadline.  Read the RFQ for complete details.

Requirement of a firm for structural analysis services

Dear Prospective bidders,

The US Embassy New Delhi has a requirement for an Architect and Engineering firm to provide A&E services with regard to structural analysis of the exterior façade of American Center located at Kasturba Gandhi Marg.  The services shall include thorough survey of the existing exterior façade including all structural elements e.g. columns, beams, sunshades etc, necessary tests to be conducted on the existing structure to determine its present condition and durability.  This also includes structural calculations,  rectification / repair/design of structural strengthening, bill of quantities, drawings, cost estimate, material specifications, scope of work based on the tests carried out to strengthen the structure.

If you are interested, please fill out this SF-330 form and submit it thru e-mail at Newdelhibids@state.gov.   If you wish to append any back-up documents as evidence to the data you fill in the SF-330, please do so.  The deadline for submission is 1200 hours on May 15, 2015. 

We will evaluate firms based on

• Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm for the type of work required as mentioned above;

• Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required as mentioned above;

• Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with schedules;

• Capacity to accomplish work ;

• Knowledge of locality of project; and,

• License as applicable

This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Due to parking restrictions, participants are advised to arrive early, so that they can park their vehicles at Malcha Marg on their own and walk down to the designated meeting location specified above.
