Procedural change in P3 visa booking appointments

The Consular Section advises all applicants wishing to book P1, P2, P3, P4, H2A and H2B visa appointments at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi to send an appointment request via email to nivnd@state.gov with the subject line "P/H scheduling requested".

When requesting a P3 appointment, please provide the following items in scanned document form:

• Contact name and telephone number(s) for the group leader and point of contact
• Contracts for show venues
• Contract between the petitioner and the beneficiaries
• Publicity material for the event and,
• Tax returns of the petitioner

The U.S. Embassy will provide a group access code to the VFS online scheduling service, (www.vfs-usa.co.in) so that all members may complete application forms DS-156 and DS-157 online.  Note: P3 groups will not need to book an appointment online.  The date and time of the interview will be communicated by the U.S. Embassy at the time the group access code is provided.
