Visa Fraud

Please inform us by e-mail if you have information about individuals obtaining visas by fraud. Be as specific as possible, and if you can, please include the person's name, date of birth, passport number, and any other information you may have. All information will be kept confidential. Provide your name and contact details in all communications.

Visa Fraud E-mail:

If you have lost your passport or it was stolen, do as follows:

  1. immediately contact the U.S. Embassy or consulate that issued your visa; and
  2. E-mail the appropriate U.S. visa fraud unit in India.

Provide your passport number, name, and contact details in all communications.

Please note that we may be unable to answer email and fax inquiries that do not relate specifically to an immigrant visa application(s) being dealt with by the U.S. Embassy or Consulates in India.
