A, C-2, C-3 & G Visas: Diplomats & Officials
Together with the mandatory documents required for diplomats and officials, that is, numbers 1 to 3 from the mandatory documents list, you should provide the following documents when you apply for your visa:
A-1 & A-2 Visas: Officials in Foreign Governments
- Diplomatic Note
A-3 Visa: Officials in Foreign Governments
- Diplomatic Note or other evidence of the official status of the employer
- Contract
- Advisory opinion if the applicant is under 17, not a domestic employee by work experience or background, or is related to the employer
C-2 & C-3 Visas: Diplomats & Officials in Transit
- Proof of entitlement
G-1 & G-2 Visas: International Organization Aliens
- Diplomatic Note
G-3 Visa: International Organization Aliens
- Diplomatic Note or equivalent
G-4 Visa: International Organization Aliens
- Request from Chief, Transportation Section of UN Secretariat or official letter from another designated international organization
G-5 Visa: International Organization Aliens
- Diplomatic Note or other evidence of the official status of the employer
- Contract
- Advisory opinion if the applicant is under 17, not a domestic employee by work experience or background, or is related to the employer
