Haynes speaking at the inauguration of Fuel Adulteration Testing Facility in Chennai, April 29, 2004. The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi has  implemented several energy conservation measures that have helped save India’s natural resources. On April 22 Earth Day, an Embassy official demonstrates the use of solar panels installed in the complex as part of this effort.
