USEFI Pre-Departure Orientation for U.S.-Bound Students

NEW DELHI -- The United States Educational Foundation in India (USEFI) will organize a pre-departure orientation program for Indian students beginning their studies in the United States this coming fall on Friday, July 6.  The program will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The American Center, 24, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi.

The orientation program will help equip students with a better understanding of the American academic environment, American society and culture, tips for living in the U.S., international travel, and port of entry formalities upon arrival in the U.S. 

Students will have the opportunity to meet with U.S. Embassy Consular Officers, Fulbright scholars, graduates from and students currently studying at U.S. universities, Indian and American faculty and other professionals.

As seats are limited, only pre-registered students are allowed to attend the program and registration spots are limited.
