http://www.america.gov/ (The new website of USINFO) allows foreign audiences to interact with American citizens on a wide range of topics using a chat tool over the Internet.  U.S. government and private sector subject experts, academics, journalists, and everyday citizens are brought on as guests to do webchats on USINFO.  A webchat typically lasts for one hour, though chats need not be limited to this timeframe, it depends on the availability of the Guest and the nature of the program.
